THERE IS DYNAMITE IN PRAISE – 3/20/2022 – Pt 2

PRAISING GOD IS THE SECRET OF HAVING INCREASED BLESSINGS IN YOUR LIFE

Want to be victorious? Live a life of praise.

Praising God is a secret of having increased blessings in your life.

Take the following verse as a key principle to live by every day of your life:

Psalm 67:4-5

How glad the nations will be, singing for joy because you are their King and will give true justice to their people! Praise God, O world! May all the peoples of the earth give thanks to you.

When we praise the Lord, increase, abundance, provision will come and God shall bless us! God’s promise!

If you live a deficient life, begin to praise the Lord!

It will change your whole entire being.

God will bless us, after we praise the Lord.

Not only when all is well. Not just when we are perfectly healthy and sound.

Not only when all our bills are paid. But right in your valley (walls of Jericho) that’s the time we praise the Lord. Then God shall bless us!

I came across this story….which tells of two angels who came from heaven every morning, and go on their rounds all the day long.

One is the Angel of Requests, the other is the Angel of Thanksgiving. Each carries a basket. The basket belonging to the Angel of Request is soon overflowing, for everyone pours into it great handfuls of requests: but when the day is ended the Angel of Thanksgiving has in his basket only two or three small contributions of gratitude.

True praise and undedicated living just don’t harmonize! Turn you life of defeat into a life of praise!

 1 Thessalonians 5:18

18 No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

Don’t praise God only when you feel like it.

It’s not the lack of Faith that’s missing it’s the lack of Praise that’s missing today.

Colossians 2:6-7 Living Bible

And now just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him, too, for each day’s problems; live in vital union with him. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him. See that you go on growing in the Lord, and become strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with joy and thanksgiving for all he has done.

Is the greatest lack in your life the lack of praise? If so, you are you are missing out in so many blessings of the Lord Jesus bestowed upon those who praise him.

  1. HALLELUJAH LIVING

Speak, shout and sing Hallelujah to your situation.

  • Just like the walls of Jericho. (Joshua 6:1-21)
  • Paul and Silas (Acts 16:16-40) 25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.26 Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose.

Is there something magical about that word Hallelujah?

Certainly not.

But God does respond to faith. Shouting praise or praising Him in other ways shows our genuine faith in His loving provision.

The Lord In Psalm 22:3 Inhabits The Praise Of His People. God Lives, Dwells In, Manifest Himself In Response To Our Bold Praises.

We can shout HALLELUJAHS right into the face of adversity, illness, discouragement and needs!

Lifting our hands in praise.

One of the ways we can praise God boldly is by lifting our hands to Him.

Five reasons why we ought to lift our hands in praise:

Psalms 63:3-4                                                                                                                                                         Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you.
I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.

Psalms 134:2                                                                                                                                       Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the Lord.                                                                       LB 2 Lift your hands in holiness and bless the Lord.

1 Timothy 2:8                                                                                                                                                                                         8 So I want men everywhere to pray with holy hands lifted up to God, free from sin and anger and resentment.

Psalm 141:2                                                                                                                     May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice

Psalm 143:6                                                                                                                                    I lift my hands to you in prayer. I thirst for you as parched land thirsts for rain.
